THE PROBLEM

To keep customers happy and the business running smoothly, they need reliable cellular service. The Bishop Lifting facility in Houston, TX lacked in-building cellular signal to do just that.
The building is located in an area with moderate AT&T and T-Mobile cell reception and weak Verizon signal. THE SOLUTION
During the free consultation with Bolton Install Pros, Bishop Lifting expressed that they wanted better cell service across all major carriers for their sales reps. The main areas of concern were the break room and office areas. Bolton Install Pros visited the site to conduct a survey and take signal readings.
With that information, the design team put together a custom solution that met Bishop Lifting’s concerns. It consisted of a WilsonPro Enterprise 1300 amplifier, two donor antennas mounted on a non-penetrating sled mount to capture available cell signals from all major carriers, and five low-profile indoor antennas to blanket the targeted areas with dependable cell service.
THE RESULTS
Before installing the WilsonPro Enterprise 1300, Bishop Lifting lacked cell signal inside for all major carriers. Once the amplifier was turned on, coverage and signal strength significantly increased in the break room and office areas.
The closer users were to the indoor antennas, the stronger and more reliable their connection. We took a signal strength test from the farthest corner within the targeted areas, and these were the results:
